Can I use an ink color not listed?
Custom ink matches and additional PMS ink colors are available for additional charges. Please call us for information prior to placing your order.

Are Proofs available?
One free faxed proof of just your imprint copy is available. Any imprint changes may incur additional charges. A full copy product proof is also available for an additional charge. All proofs require additional production time to produce.
What is standard production time on orders?
Paper folders and Post-it ® Notes ship ground in 10 working days. Vinyl products ship ground in 15 working days. Ground shipments usually arrive at your location in 2-3 business days. BIC ® pens ship Fed-Ex 2nd day in 5-7 working days. Production time cannot begin until we have acceptable payment, proper artwork, complete ordering information and proofs are returned.
How can I get my shipment sooner?
Certain products can be rushed in-house for an additional charge. Next day and 2nd day shipping methods are also available for additional charges. Contact us for the best alternative to meet your needs.
How can I track my shipment?
We can provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can you deliver to a Post Office Box?
Sorry, we cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. Please provide street address delivery.
Can I make changes to a placed order?
Usually you can. It depends on where the order is in production at the time you call. Additional charges may apply for changes. We will notify you of any additional costs.
How do I cancel an order?
Please call customer service immediately. If production has begun on your order, you will be responsible for charges for the work performed up to the point of cancellation.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes you can. There is no charge to add your logo to the imprint area of any standard item. Camera ready, black & white art, disks (Mac or PC) can be submitted for your custom logo or imprint. We can often use logos from letterheads or business cards. Fax copies, JPEG and PDF files are not useable. We also have a large library of standard manufacturing crests that are available. Let us know what you need. Call us prior to ordering with any questions you have.
Can I e-mail my art?
Files under 1MB in size can be sent to: art@pfcproducts.com
Please note on your order form that you are e-mailing in your art and label the e-mail for proper identification to the order.
Are card slots available?
Card slots can be added to many items for an additional charge. Card slots may cut through or cover the standard copy forms on some of the designs. Let us know what you need and we can help you.
How large is my imprint area?
Except where size limitations are noted, up to 6 lines of typeset copy are included FREE and you can include your logo. Crest areas, service hours or service lists are also indicated for the design. Imprints will be set in a standard type size and typestyle that is compatible to the design ordered unless other specific instructions are given.
Can I change the standard copy on a folder design?
Depending on the design, changes can often be made. Most changes incur additional charges. Call us before placing your order and we can assist you.
Can I completely design my own folder copy?
Yes you can. You can submit a mock-up and we can quote you typesetting composition charges or you can submit camera ready art or films. Call us prior to placing the order and we can assist you.
Can I order different designs for one total quantity break price?
No, this cannot be done. The minimums listed are for each design.
Can I order higher quantities than those shown?
Yes, you can. Please call us with the specifics of your order. Significant price savings are available on larger quantities.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks are also welcome but need to be received before we can process your order. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s accepted.
What if I don't see a design for my industry?
Call and tell us what you are looking for. We have hundreds of available designs. We'll do our best to meet your needs.
